Netherlands – It is a familiar sight: Chinese girls wearing a black skirts and a white blouse at the takeaway asking you if you want hot peppel  on the side, while they are packing your rice. But what do we actually know about their lives, we wondered. So we interviewed the girls from the takeaway and asked them about their hopes and dreams.
